How long is the delivery period?

All delivery orders will be processed and delivered to customers based on your Successful orders, the arrival time of your order will vary depending on the transportation distance and method. However your delivery may arrive earlier or later outside of the estimated time of logistics company due to challenging traffic, weather conditions or unforeseen situations. We seek your kind understanding on the above situation.

Your order will be processed for delivery within 6 to 10 working days. You could choose FedEx, DHL or other logistics companies available for selection.

During peak promotion periods, there might be a delay of 1 - 2 days for your orders to arrive. Thank you for understanding.

What is the delivery fee for Standard Delivery service?

The shipping cost will vary according to the weight, volume and distance of the good. Please pay attention to the rules of the logistics company you have chosen, some of which are attached to this policy.

Note: Delivery fee incurred will not be refunded in the event of order cancellation.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You may track your order via your 'Order History' under 'My Account' after logging in. Tracking number will be provided to you once order is processed. FedEx Logistics Remarks:

 

Destination Tariff: To be paid by the recipient. If the recipient at the destination refuses to pay the customs duty, the sender must unconditionally pay the customs duty and any related fees incurred.. The customs duty prepayment and refusal handling fee and  the calculation method is 2% of the tax with a minimum fee of USD 25 per waybill.

 

Product restrictions: Please note that we do not accept knives, counterfeit, charged, liquid, powder, paste, tea, food, flammable and explosive and other prohibited items. If any violation is found, concealment will result in a fine ranging from USD 500 to 5000 per waybill. Non refundable shipping fees , Non dispute resolution.

 

Overweight and excess cargo: For shipments with a single weight more than 90KG, including or with a single declared value exceeding USD 700, a separate declaration for bulk cargo must be made at USD 25 per shipment; if the single declared value exceeds USD 5000, an additional fee of USD 10 per shipment will be required.

 

FBA goods: Tariff prepayment is required. If tariffs are incurred, the sale amount will be reported. Goods that incur tariffs at the destination will be paid by the sender, and a customs prepayment processing fee of USD 25 per shipment will be charged. For private addresses in some countries which require customs prepayment of USD 25 per shipment, a deposit of three times the shipping cost will be charged.

 

Irregular packaging: If the packaging materials is made of metal, plastic, cloth straps, wood, wooden boxes, aviation boxes, woven bags and cardboard boxes, or the cylindrical, drum, drum and no cardboard box package requires an additional USD 30 per waybill.

 

Remote Surcharge in the United States: The United States surcharge levels are divided into three categories: A-level areas with a fee of USD 3.5 per waybill, B-level areas with a fee of USD 30 per waybill or USD 0.55 per KG, and C-level areas with a fee of USD 35 per waybill or USD 0.75 per KG, whichever is higher. For remote areas above mentioned, additional fee is required. Remote bills are valid within one year of notification.

 

Remote surcharges for other countries: Surcharge level in other countries is the minimum USD 30 per waybill and fuel fee of the current month or USD 0.55/KG and fuel fee of the current month, whichever is higher. Weekend delivery fee is USD 15 and fuel fee per waybill. Weekend delivery fee is valid for 6 months, and remote bills are valid upon notification within one year.

 

Change of address handling fee: The fee standard is USD20 per waybill and fuel fee of the current month. If the recipient requests to change the delivery address after the package has arrived at the destination, the sender shall bear the incurred address change fee, the specific cost standard shall be based on the bill of the company.

 

Residential Delivery Surcharge: Starting from January 1, 2018, FedEx will charge a minimum private residential fee of USD25 per waybill for all shipments to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, regardless of whether they are residential or not.

 

Transportation compensation standard: The company is not responsible for the breakage of fragile goods. If the goods are lost, broken or other operational accidents occur, resulting in the recipient being unable to receive the goods, the compensation shall be subject to federal or our company's compensation standard, but the maximum amount shall not exceed USD 100 per shipment, and the documents shall be priced at USD 10 per shipment. Goods value exceeding USD 100 will be compensated according to the above standards regardless of their commercial utility or special value to the sender. Our company does not bear any joint and several losses caused by the loss, damage or delay of the package. If the customer has additional requirements, they can purchase cargo insurance on their own; Our company does not assume any responsibility or cost for international express due to flight delays or cabin issues.

 

DHL Logistics Remarks:

 

Remote fee areas: An additional fee for remote areas is required, and the fee standard is subject to the DHL website announcement. Remote fee collection standard: The minimum consumption is USD 35 and fuel fee, and if it exceeds the minimum consumption, it should be USD 0.75/kg and fuel fee(for more information on whether your goods are destined for remote areas, please check on the DHL website).

 

Counterfeit and Prohibited Goods: Our company does not accept counterfeit products, prohibited goods, and goods containing batteries. Once discovered, the goods would be detained.

 

Extra long and overweight freight: If the length of any package which as a single piece exceeds 118CM (including 118CM), an extra fee of USD 70 /piece and fuel fee will be charged. If the weight of a single piece exceeds 69KG (including 69KG), an extra fee of USD135 /piece and fuel fee will be charged; Charge based on the higher of the two.

 

Customs declaration fee: If the declared value exceeds USD 120, the customs declaration fee must be charged. The calculation standard is: declared value * 0.06%, and the minimum fee is USD 5. If the longest edge of the package exceeds 250CM, a separate surcharge will be charged by Chinese Port.

 

Customs duty: The shipping fee does not include invoice duty and destination duty. If the recipient refuses to pay the duty or the sender directly changes the payment of the duty locally, our company will issue a bill to supplement the payment without prior notice and it will be valid for six months. Additionally, if we need to apply for tariff prepayment, our company can only try to make changes and cannot guarantee the success of the application. In addition, the prepaid handling fee for the change from customs duty to payment is 2% of the amount collected by the customs, with a minimum of USD 35 per shipment; The final interpretation right belongs to our company.

 

Compensation method: We do not accept any form of compensation, if there are additional requirements, please purchase cargo insurance. Our company will not compensate for any delay in delivery caused by DHL warehouse arrangement and port vehicle control.

 

Weekend delivery surcharge: A surcharge of USD 50 per waybill and the applicable fuel fee will be applied for weekend deliveries.

 

Address correction surcharge: A surcharge of USD 15 per waybill and the applicable fuel fee will be applied for address correction.

 

Residential Address Delivery Surcharge (New): Residential addresses include private residences and non-public office spaces, with a fee standard starting from USD 5 per waybill. If the recipient cannot be contacted which caused the delivery is unsuccessful, or the recipient is unable to clear customs due to various reasons, all expenses incurred in return, destruction shall be borne by the customer, and the fee validity period is 6 months.
